Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the client must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the babysitting service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service.

In the event that the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the service, the full amount of the service will be charged.

If the babysitter is unable to provide the service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the babysitting service will make every effort to provide a replacement. If a replacement cannot be found, the client will not be charged for the service.

The cancellation policy will be clearly communicated to the client at the time of booking, and the client will be required to agree to the policy before the service is provided.
